Head Coach - Women's Basketball

This position will be responsible for the total development, promotion and management of the Women's Basketball program including, but not limited to:

• Selecting, supervising and evaluating assistant coaches, graduate assistants, student assistants, volunteers and/or interns.

• Recruiting competitive student athletes that meet the mission of the university.

• Organizing and executing effective practice sessions and game planning to prepare student athletes for competitive competition.

• Promoting the program through media activities, social media while cultivating supporters throughout the university community as well as the Clinton community.

• Demonstrating fiscal responsibility through the management of the program's budget.

• Executing fundraising activities for the Women's Basketball program and/or assisting in other Athletic Department and/or Foundation fundraising events.

• Supporting and attending other Athletic Department sponsored events.
