Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Position Overview: The Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Soccer Coach in all aspects of the soccer program. Responsibilities include supporting players, coaching, practice planning, game strategy, scouting, recruiting, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of student-athletes both on and off the field, aligning work responsibilities with individual strengths, including potential positional coaching assignments. Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

• Experience playing and/or coaching at the NCAA DII college level or higher, with outfield experience preferred.

• "Do What Is Needed and More" mentality.

• Knowledge of NCAA and NSIC rules and regulations

Additional Information:

• A significant stipend for compensation with tuition financial aid of up to 11 credits per year available.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the USA.

• Additional funds may be available through ID and summer camps, as well as local club coaching opportunities.
