Head Men's Soccer Coach

The Athletics Department at Milligan University, a member of the NAIA and the Appalachian Athletic Conference, invites applications with an anticipated start date of Summer 2026.  Reporting to the Director of Athletics, this position involves the overall leadership of the men’s soccer program.

Successful candidates must first be fully aligned with Milligan’s Christian mission of educating men and women to be servant leaders. Accordingly, they must be active followers of Jesus. They must have a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred), experience with recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes, and a demonstrated ability to organize and administer pre-season, in-season, and post-season player and program development. Primary duties and responsibilities for the entire operation of the men’s soccer program, include, but are not limited to, the recruitment of student-athletes, contest scheduling, practice and contest planning, player skill development, academic monitoring, office/budget management and general oversight of a selected facility. Travel is required.
