Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Women’s Lacrosse program: recruiting, game strategy, training, budgeting, staff oversight, and athlete academic oversight.

• Promote a culture of academic integrity and athletic excellence.

• Collaborate with athletic administration on scheduling, compliance, fundraising, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in coaching at the collegiate level.

• Proven recruiting acumen and athlete development skills.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Commitment to the academic and personal development of student-athletes.

• Familiarity with NCAA Division I operations is preferred.
