Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the Women’s Lacrosse program: recruiting, game strategy, training, budgeting, staff oversight, and athlete academic oversight.
Promote a culture of academic integrity and athletic excellence.
Collaborate with athletic administration on scheduling, compliance, fundraising, and community engagement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in coaching at the collegiate level.
Proven recruiting acumen and athlete development skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Commitment to the academic and personal development of student-athletes.
Familiarity with NCAA Division I operations is preferred.
