Head Volleyball Coach

The Head Coach for Women’s Volleyball is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and coaching expertise to student-athletes within the women’s volleyball program. This role oversees all aspects of team development, recruiting, daily operations, and competitive performance, while fostering a positive and disciplined team culture grounded in integrity and respect.

In addition to coaching duties, this position serves as the department’s Compliance Coordinator and is an active member of the Athletics Compliance Team. The coordinator helps ensure that the College remains in full compliance with NCAA, United East Athletic Conference, Landmark Conference, and institutional rules and regulations. The Head Coach is expected to promote athletic and academic excellence, uphold sportsmanship, and support the broader mission and success of the athletics program.
