Director for Women's Volleyball Operations

K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for DIRECTOR OF WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL OPERATIONS, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.

An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the women’s volleyball operations which includes team and recruiting travel and their related budgets to ensure expenses stay within budgeted allowances, and all on-the-road reservations and issues. 

  • Interview, hire, train and supervise student workers.

  • Assist with planning and execution of recruiting travel for Head and Assistant Coaches.  Complete compliance reports, as well as reimbursement requests.

  • Prepare and make arrangements for all official and unofficial recruit visit travel itineraries.  Prepare all compliance post-visit documentation and expense reports.  Complete reimbursement requests.

  • Manage Team schedule

  • Manage special events such as the annual banquet

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree at time of application

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel as required

  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

  • Must have a valid driver's license at all times

This position holds expectations of compliance with all NCAA, Big 12 Conference, Kansas State University and K-State Athletics, Inc. rules and regulations.
