
K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a DIRECTOR FOR COMPLIANCE, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.
An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:
Coordinate and monitor NCAA bylaw 15 legislation including monitoring team and individual scholarship limits, overseeing book scholarship program, coordinating scholarship stipends, assisting with the administration of performance table and providing sport staffs with scholarship projections.
Prepare rules education materials and presentations to deliver via various mediums including in-person meetings, Zoom, electronically, etc., to coaches and staff, student-athletes, and other individuals as necessary
Coordinate the NLI program, prepare financial aid agreements and oversee renewal/nonrenewal/cancellation of aid process
Assist with monitoring NCAA bylaw 11 and 16 including coaching staff designations and certifications
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree at time of application
One year of full-time experience working in college athletics;
Experience using LSDBi and RSRO, and other applicable NCAA programs and computer software;
Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; and
Ability to make independent, informed and decisive decisions in a demanding environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Degree (Masters or Doctorate)
Experience working with NCAA bylaws 11, 15 and 16
Experience working in NCAA compliance
Experience working in compliance at a NCAA Division 1 institution
