Head Men's and Women's Wrestling Coach

Juniata College is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Head Men's and Women's Wrestling Coach on a full-time, twelve-month basis. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the men's and women's wrestling programs. This includes responsibilities such as recruiting talented student-athletes, facilitating their development both on and off the mat, planning and coordinating practices and competitive events, managing the program's budget, and supervising assistant coaches. In addition, the Head Coach will play a key role in the development and management of the Glaeser Training Center, where both programs will train. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for wrestling, a commitment to fostering a positive team culture, and the ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes to reach their full potential.
