Job Description

Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Coach

2025/2026 School Year.

Successful candidates must: a) demonstrate the ability to effectively and inspirationally lead a collegiate track and field program, b) understand the philosophy of Division III athletics at Hope College, c) be committed to transformational experiences for student-athletes and competitive excellence for this program, d) perform additional responsibilities of a faculty or staff member at the college as assigned. Hope College is a Christian co-educational, residential liberal arts college affiliated with the Reformed Church in America.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: A master’s degree is strongly preferred, as is a commitment to the character and goals of a liberal arts college with a Christian perspective.

The Head Men’s and Women’s Track & Field Coach is a twelve month position. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
