Assistant Women's Flag Football Coach

The Assistant Women’s Flag Football Coach will provide support for the vision, direction, and success of the women’s flag football program at Hesston College under the leadership of the Head Coach and Athletic Director. This role includes mentoring and developing student-athletes, assisting with recruitment and retention efforts, assist in overall field and team equipment upkeep and administrative logistics, and helping ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of the team.

Qualifications:

●        Associate degree is required, bachelor’s degree preferred.

●        Previous coaching experience is preferred.
