PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Reports to the Head Coach and assists with all aspects of the program.
2. Assist in practice planning and meet strategy
3. Recruiting Coordinator
4. Assistant Camp and Swim Lesson Director
5. Assist with travel planning/coordination
6. Coordinate apparel and equipment purchases
7. Performs other duties as required/assigned by Head Coach.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
This position requires driving a company/university vehicle, a valid driver’s license is a requirement and a MVR need to be conducted upon hire.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong commitment to academic achievement
Strong knowledge of NCAA rules
Commitment, knowledge and experience with the recruiting process.
Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
College coaching experience
Stength and conditioning background for dryland practices
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be willing and able to work summers, nights and weekends.
Salary & Benefits:
$47,000-$50,000, commensurate with experience and opportunities to supplement income with camps, lessons and teaching.
