Director - Annual Giving for Athletics

Responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive initiative to attract unrestricted gifts (Athletic Scholarship Fund) to the GTAA made via the Alexander-Tharpe Fund. Plan and implement a program to identify, evaluate, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospective donors for unrestricted gifts in support of the GTAA. Focus on individual donors and prospects but may also interact with foundations and corporations as appropriate. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. This position will interact on a regular basis with: donors, staff, coaches, and students. This position typically will advise and counsel:  coaches, staff, and students.
