Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the men’s soccer program.
Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes consistent with Georgetown College’s mission and NAIA guidelines.
Promote the academic, athletic, and personal development of student-athletes.
Manage team operations, including scheduling, travel logistics, budgeting, and equipment ordering.
Design and lead effective training sessions, conditioning programs, and game strategies.
Ensure adherence to NAIA, Mid-South Conference, and institutional rules and policies.
Collaborate with admissions, faculty, athletic training, and other college departments.
Support fundraising, alumni relations, and community outreach efforts related to the program.
Maintain an inclusive and positive team culture that promotes respect, integrity, and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Demonstrated successful coaching experience at the collegiate or high-level club level.
In-depth knowledge of soccer strategy, skill development, and NAIA compliance.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Commitment to student-athlete academic success and character development.
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Driving team to away games. Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting within the NAIA or small-college athletics.
Familiarity with the Mid-South Conference and regional recruiting landscape.
Ability to engage alumni and donors in program initiatives.
