Coordinator of Operations for Mahoney Arena and Athletics Facilities/Events

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of Mahoney Arena.

2. Coordinate facility set up and breakdown for varsity athletic contests and University events.

3. Manage event operations of athletic varsity athletics contests at the Arena and other venues.. 

4. Manage event operations for University Events such as masses, convocations, commencements and student fairs.

5. Coordinate external service agreements with event staff and other services as needed.

6. Coordinate regular maintenance and custodial services with University Facilities Management.

7. Assist with daily event scheduling of Mahoney Arena and other Athletic venues.

8. Manage the storage and maintenance of athletics and campus constituent equipment.

9. Coordinate with necessary University services for the effective management of all Athletics, University, Fairfield Prep and external events and camps. 

10. Coordinate dissemination of visiting team guide information and coordinate access with Campus Public Safety.

11. Hire, train, and supervise student workers on all aspects of game operations.

12. Required to be present at athletic events
