Dartmouth College seeks a driven individual to join our team as the Associate Director for Athletics Fundraising. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Managing Director of Athletics Fundraising to implement a strategic plan aimed at maximizing current-use funding support for Dartmouth College Athletics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
· Recruiting, training, and coaching volunteers.
· Executing an integrated operations plan for marketing and communications.
· Data management
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of fundraising experience.
· Preferably in annual fund or higher education athletics campaign settings, or the equivalent.
· Marketing and communications experience.
· Demonstrated success in soliciting and closing gifts, as well as volunteer management.
· Proficiency in database applications and software tools.
· Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
· Knowledge of college athletics.
