Assistant Coach - Women's Lacrosse (full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach in leading and organizing all aspects of the women’s lacrosse program.

• Ensure knowledge of and adherence to NESCAC and NCAA rules and regulations.

• Support recruiting efforts, including practice planning and execution, equipment maintenance, and mentoring student-athletes.

• Assist with administrative duties within the department as assigned.

• Contribute to the College’s and Athletic Department’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

• Availability is required for early morning and weekend commitments throughout the academic year.

Qualifications:

• A strong passion for women’s lacrosse and a desire to help build a successful program.

• Experience in coaching and/or playing at the collegiate level is preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with a diverse group of student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
