Lead daily operations of the Marketing & Fan Experience department, overseeing gameday production, videoboard operations, fan engagement, corporate partner integration and assist in the ticket sales, and revenue generation across 21 Division I sport programs and Clemson athletics at large. Develop and supervise marketing staff, graduate assistants and student interns, and serve as program administrator for Spirit squads (Cheer & Rally Cats). Performs other duties as assigned.
30% - Essential - emphasis in growing brand and/or sport awareness and revenue. Work with director of ticket operations to develop annual ticket on-sales, season promotions and develop new inventory. Manage and/or assist in all digital marketing efforts, including paid campaigns, Athletics email communications, and digital board assets. Develop and manage comprehensive communications calendar, collaborating with IPTAY communications team. Develop add-on experience and additional revenue opportunities throughout calendar year.
35% - Essential - Fan Experience: Oversee all aspects of game presentation with emphasis in creating a leading gameday atmosphere and fan experience within the collegiate landscape. Produce run-of-show and direct gameday experience for Clemson Football and Clemson Gymnastics. Coordinate all preparation meetings across external teams, event operations, and additional staff. Collaborate with creative department on in-venue videoboard assets. Coordinate all in-game performances, recognitions and talent. Manage integration of Cheer, Rally Cats, and Band into gameday experience. Manage vendor relations including talent, audio technicians, and special effects. Coordinate with campus groups such as Central Spirit and IPTAY Collegiate Club to enhance the student and overall gameday experience. Meet regularly with coaching staffs/sport administrators to ensure goals are being met. Order promotional/giveaway items and coordinate distribution.
15% - Essential - Management: Hire, develop and supervise marketing direct reports, graduate assistants, and student interns in daily operations. Serve as program administrator for Clemson Cheer & Rally Cats. Serve as Liaison to Clemson University Band. Manage relationships with campus groups, students, military-support units (Military Appreciation Days & Military-Support Committee via President Office), and other Clemson leadership and stakeholders.
10% - Essential - Prepare, manage and monitor annual marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Execute internal purchase requisitions, PO creation, RFPs, and process invoices.
10% - Essential - Miscellaneous: Manage autograph request program. Produce non-gameday events including Athletics Showcase, Preseason Events, Watch Parties, Championship Parades, and other events as needed.

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.

Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
