
Head Softball Coach to provide leadership to all aspects of an NAIA Softball program. Responsibilities for this full-time position include oversight of all aspects of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to: scheduling of contests, the recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes; fiscal management; game strategy including practice and game coaching; hiring and supervising of assistant coaches; donor fundraising; alumni, community, and media relations; coordination of softball camps; and additionally assigned duties within the Athletic Department (e.g., event management, administrative support, facility oversight). The successful candidate must be able to develop positive relationships with faculty, staff, students, media, alumni, and donors while interacting successfully with department personnel and the college community.
