Assistant Track & Field Coach

Brevard College Athletics is seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Track & Field Coach to support all aspects of its NCAA Division III men's and women's track & field programs. Reporting to the Director of Track & Field and Cross Country, this position assists with coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, academic support, practice and competition preparation, travel coordination, and program operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with multiple event groups based on experience and the needs of the program while contributing to a positive, student-centered culture that reflects the mission of Brevard College and the NCAA Division III philosophy.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for mentoring student-athletes. Previous collegiate playing or coaching experience is preferred. Evening, weekend, and travel commitments are required.
