Position Summary
Assist the head coach in all phases of the specified sport program including, but not limited to, recruiting qualified student-athletes, organization and design of practice and competition, on-deck coaching, scheduling, team managements, travel arrangements, budget management, supervision of academic progress, alumni development, fundraising and any other duties as assigned, and compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA rules.
Minimum Qualifications:
The following Degree is required:
Bachelor's degree is required. Degree must be conferred at time of application
The following Experience is required:
6 months of College Swimming Coaching at the Division I, II, III, NAIA, Junior College or High School level and/or club swimming coaching experience
1 year of graduate assistantship experience equals 6 months of professional experience
The following Certification is required: (Current certifications should be documented on your resume/application or uploaded as additional documents)
Pass the NCAA recruiting test annually required.
Have CPR, First-Aid, Lifeguarding certifications (or ability to obtain within the first 60 days).
USA Swimming certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Insurable to drive a vehicle for the University
Salary
Full-time, Administrative staff position available. Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Full benefit package available.
