What We Are Looking For

 

The Associate Director serves in the Department of Athletics and reports to the Director of Development. This position is responsible for securing new Bear Foundation memberships, managing a portfolio and serving as the contact for McLane Stadium terrace boxes.

 

A Bachelor's Degree is required along with one of experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A master's degree and two years of experience is preferred.

 

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

 

What You Will Do

 

• Manage a portfolio of Bear Foundation donors and prospects with a goal of securing new memberships and increasing current donors

 

• Responsible for meeting annual fundraising goals and metrics

 

• Serve as the sport fundraiser for multiple sports including working directly with the coaching staff on fundraising strategy and needs

 

• Serve as manager for the McLane Stadium Terrace Boxes for football games

 

• Serve as manager of the McLane Stadium sailgating program

 

• Assist with sales of premium season tickets for football, men's basketball, and women's basketball
