Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, organize, supervise and direct the day-to-day ticket operations for Ball State University Athletics, including but not limited to ticketing, premium seating, and support of the development of a comprehensive strategy for season ticket, group, and promotional ticket sales. Ensure all goals and objectives are met with strict adherence to NCAA and MAC rules and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures of the department and the university.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment. Working experience in professional and/or college sports.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree. NCAA Division 1 ticket office experience. Knowledge and experience with ticketing software, specifically Ticketmaster and/or Paciolan.
