The Game Operations Supervisor will report to the Assistant AD for Athletic Operations and Facilities
Help with maintaining and prepping all athletic facilities
Assist with all home sporting athletic events
Oversees the game operations and acts as game manager for Soccer (Fall), Men’s Basketball (Winter-Spring), Tennis (Spring), Bowling
Assists with supervising student assistants
Athletic facility maintenance/ Fields and Landscaping (practice fields, soccer)
Assists with creation of various game operation documents
Manages master practice calendar for all sports
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Ability:Experience in managing daily facility operations
Experience in field maintenance of turf and grass
Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
Ability to perform manual labor under various working conditions. Use of hands and landscaping tools (mower, weed eater, edger, and use of small utility vehicles)
Proficiency with computer applications (word, excel, office, etc.)Minimum Qualifications:An earned Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.
Two to three (2-3) years of experience at the collegiate level in facilities and event management is required.
