  • Clearly define expectations and deadlines for full and part-time staff

  • Ensure compliance with university, state, federal, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations

  • Oversee associated RFPs and contract negotiations to enhance area and department performance

  • Serve as department representative in necessary contract negotiations
