Provide leadership in planning and organizing pertinent policies and procedures for facility use and game administration
Lead staff training and convey expectations to game staff and partners

Develop short and long-range strategic planning to enhance area and department
Supervise full and part-time staff employees
Ability to successfully manage and organize multiple projects and games simultaneously
Ability to organize and supervise diverse workgroups to produce safe and satisfying event experiences
