Director of Operations for Swim & Dive

Responsible for developing, recommending, communicating, and implementing all operational aspects of the Swim & Dive Program. This includes but is not limited to: team travel, managing recruiting schedules, organizing team events and end-of year celebrations, practice and training logistics, athlete support, purchasing equipment, budgeting, completing required forms and paperwork, oversight of Teamworks and Arms, and manages the partnerships to a number of departments within Nebraska Athletics. Bachelor’s degree plus one year administrative work and/or playing experience in a swim & dive environment; equivalent education/ experience considered. Extensive computer knowledge. Written and verbal communication skills needed. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements. Division 1 work and/or playing experience in swim & dive preferred. Ideal candidates will be proficient with Teamworks and other communication applications.
