Assistant Director of Ticket Operations

Responsible for the recruitment, hiring and scheduling of event staff for ticketed events. Coordinate internship program and provide leadership and annual training. Communications lead for all inbound inquiries through email and text messaging providing direction on responses with the focus on a high level of customer service. Employee must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in order to interact with season ticket holders and donors by providing a superior level of customer service.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • A minimum of three (3) – four (4) years of experience in a collegiate ticket office or similar environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Possess strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. 

  • Detail oriented and strong organization skills. 

  • Ability to set goals and monitor progress.

  • Motivate staff to perform and set a positive example. Experience with Paciolan.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes some evening, weekend and holidays. Some team travel may be required

Preferences:

  • Extensive knowledge of Paciolan preferred.
