
This role will become proficient in the Paciolan ticketing system, including ticket sales, inventory management, online transactions, and promotional support in collaboration with marketing and development teams. It incorporates hands‑on use of Salesforce CRM and Eloqua to track sales goals and manage targeted communication with fans and donors. The GA will provide exceptional customer service to fans, donors, students, and external partners across phone, email, text, and in‑person interactions.
Position will assist in day-to-day tasks by supporting ticket operations and specialty sales for assigned sports, inbound and outbound communication, and assisting with the overall workflow of the Ticket Office. The position plays an active role in gameday operations, working every home football event and assisting with additional sports as needed, including taking on supervisory responsibilities. It also contributes to the training and development of student staff both in the office and on gamedays.
