Assistant Volleyball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator

Assist the head coach in all aspects of the planning, development, and promotion of a highly competitive NCAA Division I program. Assist the head coach in successfully evaluating and recruiting prospective student-athletes. Assist the head coach in organizing and implementing practice plans for the development of individuals and team skills and systems. Assist the head coach in scouting, game plan development, and implementation. Assist in monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes. Assist the head coach in maintaining NCAA, League, and University compliance and administrative paperwork. Assist the head coach in the development of alumni and donor relationships and fundraising initiatives. This list of essential duties, tasks and responsibilities is not all-inclusive; individual will perform other related duties as assigned.
