Sports Information Intern

McPherson College welcomes enthusiastic applicants for a Sports Information Intern.

This is a part-time, 10 month, exempt position and includes college benefits and housing.  This position reports to the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Promotions.

The primary responsibility will be to support the Assistant Athletic Director in all facets of assigned sports programs, including, but not limited to, execute athletic communications on game statistics, athletics website management, website article development and social media management.  Collaborates with the campus community to ensure a positive student-athlete experience.

A bachelor’s degree is required. Previous participation and/or related experience in college athletics is preferred.

Frequent night and weekend travel to games to support the department is required.
