K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a DIRECTOR OF DONOR ANALYTICS AND DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.
An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:
Build and lead donor analytics strategy.
Serve as primary contact for all CRM systems including but not limited to Salesforce, Paciolan, Affinaquest.
Build and manage CRM dashboard for gift officers and fundraising campaigns.
Keep data updated on CRM systems for special groups like former letterwinners
Assist in keeping donor records up to date in appropriate CRM programs.
Create prospect lists for new major gift donors and annual fundraising campaigns.
Provide accurate reporting to Asst. AD for Annual Giving for appropriate donor stewardship.
Research major gift prospects for major gift officers and provide donor report in a timely manner.
Manage relationship between athletic development team and university advancement data and analytics team.
Maintain up to date metrics on major gift officer fundraising success and tracking of athletics’ fundraising campaigns
Potential work on athletic gamedays or special events.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree at time of application
Three or more years of technical expertise regarding data models, database development, and data mining techniques.
Experience with Salesforce, Paciolan or other CRM systems
Ability to quickly pull data and provide progress reports in order to contribute to data-driven decision making.
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to promote and demonstrate respect, collaboration and friendly customer service in all working relationships and situations
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree preferred
Experience in working in NCAA Division I athletics or in professional sports
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Must be able to travel as required
Must have a valid driver's license at all times

Salary Rate / Pay Rate:
$50,000 - $58,000
